Would highly recommend. The place is amazing. Beautiful decor, clean, tidy and the best host you could ask for. We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t fault a thing!!

A palace in a good price

The place is amazing. Very nice and helpful couple that are the staff. very clean, good WiFi, parking with electrical gate, the place is safe. the area is safe, but far from the center about 20 Km.

Nice and comfy

Bad and scary. The lady owner is has a temper of hurricane. Ask the policy from first minute and pen it down diligently otherwise you’ll pay dearly for it. Threatens with police etc. Don’t get fooled by the initial extremely warm welcome... Volcanoes unleashed; very terrifying!!!

Love capetown

I had an amazing stay at the Kumbaya House. The room was very tidy and had a beautiful view. I felt a very warm and cosy atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and open to any questions. I had a quick freshening swim in the pool. I do not have anything negative to stay. One unfortunate thing was that the payment company charged my booking twice. After contacting Kumbaya they sorted this out in less than 12 hours. Although it was not their fault they helped me very quick, so a very good customer service. Capetown itself is just wonderful!

Cute Guesthouse with a warm welcoming

I had an amazing time at the Kumbaja Guesthouse, Miss Magnusson (owner) really takes care of her guests and makes them feel at home. The place is fantastic to relax, overlooking the beach after a rough day. My room was passionately decorated and it brought my understanding of comfort to a new level. I warmly recommend Kumbaja.

Home from home ... with great breakfast !

We had a great stay at Kumbaya, it's a small guesthouse with secure parking close to Bloughberg beach, we walked to the beach each day. The guest house itself has all you need, the best breakfast, a pool and loungers, a small bar and great views of the sea. We would certainly recommend this for anyone looking for a relaxing break away from the busy nature of Cape Town.

Wirklich schön, ausprobieren!

tolle Gastfreundlichkeit in einem überschaubaren Gasthaus (6 Zimmer) mit schönem Blick am windigen Kite Surfer Bloubergstrand. Absolut nichts zu beanstanden, im Gegenteil: super liebevoll eingerichtet, toller Service und die Gastgeberin Rosemarie ist einfach eine Klasse für sich, in jeder positiven Hinsicht. Wir hatte wirklich viele sehr schöne Gespräche und sie war auch immer mit Rat und Tat für uns da, wenn wir mal nicht so organisiert/geplant waren... Einfach klasse!

Die Tuer zur Toilette liess sich wegen eines Konstruktionsfehlers nicht schliessen und die Besitzerin hat mit eifersuechtigen Nachbarn zu kaempfen. Wenn aber das Wasserproblem behoben ist, ist Urlaub in diesem komfortablen Haus mit nur 6 Zimmern sehr zu empfehlen. Der Strand & einige gute Restaurants sind in ca. 30 min. zu Fuss zu erreichen.
