Newly built 1 bedroom loft apartment in trendy Sea Point. Ideally positioned in a quiet side street, a short walk to countless restaurants, coffee shops, retailers and the popular Sea Point Promenade. Just a 10 minute drive to Table Mountain and the world famous beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay. The building features a 500 m2 communal rooftop entertainment deck with a pool, BBQ facilities and seating areas. There is also a well fitted indoor gym with beautiful mountain views. This apartment was designed and furnished with a lot of love and has a sunny and airy feel with large sliding glass doors and windows.
