This condo is everything you see in the photos and so much more! Truly a relaxing beach front location with all of the amenities of home.

Sit on the balcony and watch the launches from 1 launch pad or go the beach to see the various launch pads. Also, watch the cruise ships come in and out of the port.

Our home away from home is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, beautiful ocean front, top floor condo.

Master bedroom: king size bed, TV with remote, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, computer desk, and gorgeous view of the ocean from the sliding patio door. Lie in bed and watch the sunrise or listen to the waves as you fall asleep. The master bedroom has a full bathroom attached.

The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, ceiling fan, and a TV with remote.

The kitchen is full size and fully equipped to make your stay enjoyable and truly a home away from home.

The living room has a large sofa, loveseat and recliner/rocking chair. It also has a 46” TV with DVD player.

This property and condo are a 10 star all the way. Cleanliness, view, pool, close to everything. God is good. The only thing that was a bit troubling is we couldn’t keep the temperature in the condo steady . It was either hot or cold . ButWe love that it was equipped with fans and a blender. Which we used . Loved our experience

Excellent location! Excellent view! Loved being on the top floor! Building location is very quiet. All the applicances were great. Lots of utensils, pots, pans, etc. The furniture needs an update in the dining and living room areas. I would suggest non-fabric furniture for ease of cleaning. The carpet should be removed to install tile or tile like laminate flooring. It would give the place an amazing facelift. With a few changes, your place will be rented nonstop. I would rent it again.

Beautiful Sunrise views

This property is the perfect location for watching the sunrises, cruise ships and launches. The neighborhood is very safe and perfect for morning walks. Restaurants and shops were very close and adventures to other areas were within an hours drive! The condo provided everything we needed for our stay, however it is very dated. The carpeting felt dirty and was faded and stained in areas. The TVs were very old and only one in the smaller bedroom was a newer smart TV. We were there for 23 days so at times wanted to watch other streaming networks. None of these items were major and are just our observations.Overall this condo provided a great base for our stay and we absolutely love the area!The owner is very responsive to calls and questions.

44th Anniversary

The location was excellent. It was as commericialized on the beach like so many other locations are. We enjoyed seeing 3 Falcon 9 launches from the beach, as well as the return of the booster on the drone ship. The area is 69 miles from the Disney parks. Closer to home you have excellent choices for restaurants. We also enjoyed putt putt because the course was well maintained. It would be a great spot to return to!

Our Second Time Staying and Again Very Pleased

Very comfortable for my husband, one adult son and me. We saw 4 rocket launches, and spent endless hours on the beach, fishing and sun bathing. Love the pool and dry sauna. We love the location, being right in the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. I walked through the neighborhood every day for exercise. Community is very friendly. My sun played volleyball at the near by Cocoa Beach Pier and played frisbee golf at a local course.

Perfect Vacation Getaway

Our stay at the beachfront condo was perfect. From the comfort of the condo, we enjoyed direct beach, pool, and waterfront access. We were able to walk to the pier and canal for dinners while watching ships and launches. The best view
