super close to the beach, which was great!! the room that we were staying in was just a remodeled garage. too expensive for the price.it would have been nicer if the unit we were in was connected and had access to the one above it. the fan in the room was a lifesaver , it was hot when we closed the door for sleep. the hot tub was nice and the sunsets were amazing.

Didn't have a fully equipped kitchen but we did have a coffee maker, microwave, and small fridge and it was sufficient for what we needed
