Amazing 1/2 acre lakefront 3-bedroom cottage, completely remodeled on the desirable, Camden side of Lake Wateree!
Outstanding water views from your covered porch, complete with your ownfire pit, gas grill and shared dock. 3-bedrooms and a fully stocked kitchen, everything you need for your lake-cation.
Comes with use of two 1-person kayak (maybe more as we own the 3 cabins next door, each with their own water toys).
Pet fee is $75 (please message in advance if you intend to bring more than one dog).
EDUCATION TIME!
Why is the sunset side important? For the evening sunsets! You are literally not prepared for the colors of our sunsets over the lake.
Why are a lake's coves most desirable? Way less noise, less traffic, less boats, easy swimming, safety, more birdlife and quieter, calmer water. The coves are sought after. Pro Tip: Savvy lake renters know to seek out the coves!
Our lake is typically a beach-entry type lake. We also overlook one of Wateree's islands, are in a cove and no, there are no alligators this far north (Floridians always ask).
LOCATION: Located in Camden, SC on beautiful Lake Wateree (less than 1/2 mile to Clearwater Marina located at 2029 Baron Dekalb Rd, Camden SC for our roundabout location). Only 12 minutes to downtown Camden, to Wal-Mart, Starbucks & Chic-fil-a! The Charlotte airport is 1.5 hours and Columbia, SC is only 45 minutes away. Also, less than 5 minutes to a Dollar General (a very good one) that will have what you forgot! Yes, we have upscale restaurants nearby and yes we are near the South Carolina Equine Park facility in Camden and HOTH Ranch (their visitors stay with us often!)
