Overall, this hotel experience is great! Over Lisa who checked us in! She was pleasant, nice and welcoming! There was a little party where refreshments were served. The hotel is clean and appears new! Loved how the shades completely covered the window! It is a great concept! I would definitely stay here again!

The room was very small and humid. The pillows were not comfortable. The neighborhood was not as secure as I was hoping. The breakfast was fair, with the pancake maker broken. We left a day early and stayed at Fairfield downtown for about the same price and MUCH nicer
