For the price paid it was decent enough and functional room for an overnight stay during work trip. Obviously the hotel could do with a bit of renovation and sprucing up. But they made up for it with the lovely staff. Definitely recommend for short stays, their Chai is first class!!

Receptionist was very helpful. Location is good and parking plentiful. Beyond that there is nothing positive to say. Room was adequate but terribly maintained. No access to restaurant. I really would suggest that you don’t stay here.

I’m sorry to say the property was not what I expected ! No hot water so I couldn’t have a shower when I got there at 9pm or one when I had my hospital appointment at 8am. so I wasn’t best pleased. And to top it off the heater in the room is not fit for purpose it was freezing I will go there ever again. I will be requesting a refund as the hotel is not a nice place to stay. But I will say the staff were pleasant but I didn’t go there to talk to the staff.

Had people talking quite late outside my room in a foreign language and my room smell of smoke and musky. The bed lining and curtains smell fresh and bathroom. Could’ve been cleaned a lot better especially the toilet cheap and cheerful

Clean but very dated — proceed with caution if you have a dog I have mixed feelings about this stay. On one hand, the room was clean, which is the most important thing. However, the condition of the room was quite poor; the furniture felt like it was sourced from a low-end second-hand shop—battered, cheap, and very old. With peeling paint and a budget mattress, the interior wasn't much to look at, and the exterior was equally grim with weeds everywhere and a generally run-down appearance. That being said, the price was very low, and I don't think it is fair to expect luxury at this price point. The biggest issue for me was the "pet-friendly" claim. While the staff were perfectly polite, they appeared to have an acute, phobia-level terror of dogs. It made the entire experience incredibly stressful, as I had to constantly ensure I kept a 10-metre distance from the staff while they scampered away in fear. If you are traveling solo and just need a clean, cheap place to crash, it’s fine for the price. If you are bringing a dog, I’d suggest looking elsewhere to avoid the stress for both you and the staff

Kettle balanced on very edge of table only just reached socket - dangerous Beds clean.electric radiator worked, hot water good. Only one bedside light for double bed.

Rubbish everywhere, incompetent staff, strong smell of damp and urine in the room, broken shower handle exposing screws. heater rattled whenever it ran, bedding was clean but the mattress had completely collapsed. 10:30 pm fire alarm.. 3:30-4:30 kept awake by fellow guests. There was a restaurant but no chef, no milk or spoon in the room, expensive. car park out back smelt of raw sewage. So bad I had booked three nights, walked out after one! The place should be condemned.

The bathroom the doors on the shower cubicle had come off the runners. Hairs in the sink. Could do with updating as the furniture in the room is covered in scratches and the light switch pull cord looked like it was burnt at the end so no way off turning the light off in the room unless going to the main door but the no other lights in the room to help you get back.
