Decepção

Cheguei as 23:00hrs o quarto não tinha ar condicionado como contratado. A recepção informou que o assunto só poderia ser tratado no outro dia as 08:00hrs na imobiliária Achei Férias. Tive que passar a noite no maior calor. No outro dia as 08:00hrs fui na imobiliária e me informaram que o apt não tinha ar. Me ofereceram outros aptos com custo superior e eu teria que pagar a diferença. Não aceitaram cancelamento. No final me ofereceram um outro apt com apenas um ar em um dos quartos porém o conforto do mesmo era inferior ao que tinha contratado. Não havia TV no quarto. Os colchões eram muito ruins. A tv da sala era tubo de imagem 20" com sinal parabólica.

Procure outro hotel, mesmo pagando mais.

Não é um hotel, é um condomínio com moradores e aptos para temporadas. O recepcionista não encontrou minha reserva, e não conhecia o Hoteis.com, o problema foi resolvido depois que liguei para a Central. O apto não tem todos os móveis das fotos, e é bem mais simples do que aparentava. A TV bem pequena e muito velha, daquelas 14 polegadas de tubo. Internet é gratuita, mas não funciona, nem nos celulares. Hóspedes precisam ir preparados: não tem toalhas, lençóis, fronhas, artigos de limpeza ou higiene (nem mesmo papel higiênico no banheiro). Não recomendo para quem vai com idosos, crianças ou alérgicos, os colchões são velhos e gastos. Os travesseiros imundos e manchados, não podem ser usados. Na cozinha o microondas não funciona, a geladeira e o fogão são muito antigos, as panelas queimadas e quebradas, os talheres feios e sujos. Alguns pratos e copos, mas tudo muito simples.
