This is not a hotel. It is a group of rooms, each with an ensuite, that share a common lobby. They have provided everything you need. It's impeccably clean and has a ton of charm. A little tattered walls/paint but not a big deal. Wonderful staff! You have to take the stairs up and then take the lift. Once you leave the lift, you have to go down a flight of stairs again. There is a lot of street noise but it calms down later at night so sleeping was fine. Big TV. Outstanding location, close to shopping, dining and the airport - plus we had a sea view. Would stay again!

I had an excellent 6-night stay at Magnini Rooms. The location is great--it is very close to the train station and within walking distance of just about everything you want to see, but despite the bustle outside it is very quiet. There are plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The in-room snacks and drinks were very welcome, as was the coffee in reception. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. This is a very small hotel and there is no 24-hour reception, but the woman who welcomed me the evening I checked in was very friendly and helpful. A few caveats and clarifications that might help someone: The hotel is on the third floor and the elevator did not seem to be working. This was not a problem for me, but might be for some people. I stayed in a comfort room, which was beautiful and super clean, but there was not a separate seating area as specified in the description. Again, not a problem for me, but just be aware. Finally, the wifi was generally good, but was spotty at times. It worked great in the lobby area, though. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Magnini Rooms. Although we were only there for a night we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. There were lovely cafes at ground level and we were able to walk to the many wonderful restaurants.

Great location for shopping, restaurants, marina and airport. Very clean and well stocked common area. Best aspect of our stay was the staff- extremely friendly and went above & beyond by arranging a taxi for us @ 5am to the airport. Would definitely recommend!

Attention à l'accueil mais situation top

Tout dépend des aspects - propreté, moderne, literie +++ - Localisation +++ —> proche de tout ‼️⚠️ Mais attention, cette proximité entraîne du bruit malgré le 3ème étage - L’accueil doit être revu : en cette fin août aucune information malgré un mail depuis l’appli hôtel.com, et 2 WhatsApp sur des numéros différents … 🙄😬🙃 Enfin ce n’est qu’une fois devant la porte, que quelqu’un me répond enfin au tel - Les indications pour arriver sont vraiment insuffisantes : attention c’est au 3ème étage, l’ascenseur ne va pas exactement à l’étage demandé Il n’y a pas de réception Il n’y a pas de pti dej. Un espace food à l’entrée peut nous fournir en boissons chaudes et froides, des viennoiseries industrielles en chambre. - pas de place du tout dans la salle de bain. Nos affaires ont fini dans le bidet … Pas de tiroir ou de placard pour les vêtements. Seule une penderie est installée. - femme de ménage charmante et efficace 💪👏🙏
