Assolutamente pessimo.
Ci hanno lasciato fuori per circa tre ore senza che nessuno rispondesse al telefono.
Quando si sono degnati di rispondere, ci hanno girato ad altri tre numeri e tutti quelli che rispondevano affermavano di non essere più i proprietari.
L’ultimo ad aver risposto al telefono ci ha detto che ormai l’alloggio era occupato, questo dopo che noi avevamo già pagato.
Di rimborso per ora nemmeno l’ombra.
