It’s time paint . And clean vents it was very dusty.. carpet in elevators are filthy

Having previously requested a courtyard room, upon arrival it became apparent that rooms seemed to have been assigned first come first served. We were offered a two story suite at a considerable increase in price which we declined as we were only there for 3 nights. The room we were eventually given on the second floor was very tired but clean. The shutter blinds overlooking the party street had broken and missing slats making sleeping and dressing challenging. The staff were friendly enough but not very interactive.
