Room was lovely no complaints there, its just advertised as a quiet relaxing spot, we were put 10metres feom a very noisy waterpark with kids screaming all day, and both mornings Saturday at 7am,and then Sunday 7.20 a noisy blower for over half hr,not peaceful or relaxing at all,we left all day Saturday for somewhere quiet.

Ballina Beach Nature Resort was clean. Facilities were good, but few basic amenities were not there, like no bath towels were provided, no internet connection, after hours customer service were poor. Location was too far from main Ballina city centre as ferry service was not in function during Christmas holidays.

Clean room and had what we needed. Pool amd waterpark area were great. Would have been good for info on booking to mention the ferry needed to access, but this was easy to do, just some extra time and $ each way.

Colin at the front desk was super helpful, kind and welcoming. The pool was clean, and the water park was super fun. We booked the cheapest cabin. I was not expecting it to be lux by any means but i did expect it to be clean. The floors were gross; they had been vacuumed but not mopped. Our feet were black. The couch was dirty and smelly we had to put one of our blankets over the top. The doona covers on the kids beds were not washed. I glad we were on a road trip and had some of our own linen. The sheets on the main bed were clean. On a side note, a large number of people entered the pool area after the office had closed - We figured out that they were not staying at the park, it was fine because my kids had had enough, but they took over the area, including the water park. There did not seem to be anyone there to manage a situation like that.

I stayed in a pet friendly superior cabin with my 15yr old chihuahua x and my 8yr old child. The cabin was lovely and roomy. Was a tight fit in the toilet/bathroom. We were close to the pool and water park, which is where we spent most of our days. The staff were really lovely people and even though the kitchen in the Cafe closes at 6pm, they let me place an order for dinner that night. I will be back :)

The glamping tent no 15 was the best spot! Right near the waterpark, reception and cafe. Having never stayed in a glamping tent before, I'm blown away at how grounding and relaxing they are and will likely choose this over a cabin any other day! Love this place!!!

What a fabulous park for families. All new facilities and cabins. The pool and water park were an absolute hit for our kids. The little cafe bar was also fantastic. Staff super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again. Such a great park!!
