Marriott Hotels & Resorts - accommodation in Burton on Trent

First impressions when I walked inside were wow, absolutely loved the floral display. We were greeted by Amelia @ checkin, lovely and welcoming and very helpful with any questions I asked. Room was clean and comfortable, beds are comfortable and the blackout curtains are great. We had a very nice welcome from Cassy at breakfast who explained where everything was. As for the other staff members I have to say a huge thank you to Darren @ breakfast your amazing, you made us have a good laugh please don’t dim your sparkle for anyone keep being you. Check out was great thank you Clory you were helpful. Bus and tram stops are very close and the shopping centre is within walking distance or a short bus ride away.

Great twin room, comfy beds, good shower, just couldn’t get the heating to turn off.

Very nice apartment, very big with ample facilities. Just a little more cleaning to sofa covers and mattress cover in sofa would have made it better as ours were dirty. Restaurant was amazing and great for gluten free and bar was lovely too. Overall very comfortable stay
