They surcharged my credit card $5.81, not a big deal, But just be aware when they ask for your credit card just for security after you've already booked it with hotels.com tell them no. And no I didn't use any of their "amenities". Other than that the stay was OK.

The elevator was broken, the pool and hottub were out of order due to cleanliness, the keylock had issues, the shower wasn't mounted. The plus was that the bed and room was clean on the first day but the hotel is in disrepair. No fault to the employees, just the owners. There was no maid service during the day. We tried to cancel the second night but the hotel said they couldn't since it was through hotels.com

The clerk at front desk that night was great! Best service after just sleeping in 6 different hotels! He suggested an awesome restaurant, made sure we needed nothing , and could answer questions. Will be back to Burley!
