The staff was friendly at night but at breakfast, another guest was looking for someone to help because they ran out of milk. He knocked on the staff only door saying hello, hello. He went to the front desk saying the same thing. Finally after doing what he could he knocked and found some milk in the staff only room. As he was coming out , a staff member finaly came to check on the breakfast area. She was short with him which was understandable. But what wasn’t was her saying theres someone at the front desk when there wasnt. He tried to explain that there was nobody there multiple times only to be told that there was. Even after another guest told them the same thing! Rather than accept the issue they tried to blame the guest. If something was wrong accept responsibility for the mistake. Mistakes happen. Dont blame others.

The woman who checked us in was very unfriendly. Seemed like I was an inconvenience to her. The next mornings woman was totally opposite. We were told there was a breakfast at 6 AM but not until 7 AM which we had to miss because of our schedule. One of the reasons we booked with this hotel as we needed to get on the road. The issue was dismissed by HO and we were told the manager would contact us but two days later, nothing.
