First experience was the check-in. Front desk was vacant, we rang the bell and waited a few minutes. Then rang the bell again and was told to wait. We waited for about 10 minutes until being helped. We only had issues with one employee during our two week stay. The rest were incredible and super kind. The rooms were alright but there was zero to little noise cancelling from other rooms. Our next door neighbor was blaring music nightly and then would keep his TV on. It was a nuisance but you pay for what you get.

The heater in our room was having problems and kept needing reset. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for over twenty minutes.

Check in was great. Staff was friendly and efficient. Based on the website photos and information, the rooms are VERY misleading. My room was NOTHING like the photos. The carpet was filthy, the bed was not neatly made and the bedcover had holes. The bathroom smelled like urine and had mold in the grout by the bathtub. I tried to watch some television but was not able to because it wouldn't connect with the directTv box. I tried turning off the cablebox and turning it back on, pushed the reset button and unplugging the box and plugging it back in. Nothing worked. I called the front desk and was told to do the same steps. When I told her I already did those things she just said "sorry" and that was that. No television. This was a very disappointing stay and I will not choose this place again or reccomend it to anyone else.

The room was not clean there was an old baby bottle in the room that was picked up by the child staying in the room and attempted to drink out of it and in addition the bedding on one of the beds was not clean either. When addressed at the front desk my family was treated with disrespect regarding the situation.
