Hi Stan, Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback on your stay at the resort. We truly apologise you guys did not enjoy the resort and facilities and didnt feel the value for money was there. As you know the resort is on 5.5 acres of grounds with a lot more required then your usual run of the mill hotel or motel. We have still tried to keep the nightly rate as low as we can as we are a 3.5 star family friendly resort to keep it affordable for our target market whilst still covering the costs of running such a mammoth resort and tasks associated with this. Our rates are on par with the star standard accommodation in our region. With the restaurant, the waiter on the night was new back into the role since a while prior to Covid and we feel there may have been some misunderstanding. When asked for chilli on the side he wasnt aware that we could provide this, although not having fresh chilli we could provide chilli flakes as the manager on duty then corrected. The corkage fee should only be per bottle not per person so we think there may have been a misunderstanding at this point also. We are truly sorry for any misunderstandings in that regard.

Hi there, Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback on your stay, we are truly sorry you did not enjoy your time with us. The majority of villas have just had brand new kitchens and cabinetry replaced, we do have a couple that are the older style which we have placed at a discounted rate as our value villas. Because of the architecture of the villas, we are constrained a little in regards to putting additional aircons in the loft etc - we have commissioned whirly birds to be installed prior to Christmas to help assist remove some of the heat that does get trapped in the loft area. Again we sincerely apologise you did not enjoy your time with us and hope you will give the resort another try in the future.
