I found the property to be close to beach. The pool and gardens were beautifully maintained. The room however was well below standard with massive spiderwebs on the ceiling and leaking toilet into shower. There were no pool towels available and the room towels were disgusting - old and stained ( I did not use) The bed was so hard and there were borers in the bathroom . Gaps under the door and on top let in mozzies which made a good nights sleep impossible. The breakfast was ok ( I had a banana pancake and fresh juice) The staff were lovely and accomodating

The street to access the hotel is under construction. My driver wasn’t able to get there and I wasn’t aware until arrival. Most of the beach is under construction and loud. I fell down the stair from the bathroom and the room wasn’t cool upon arrival, even when booked through Expedia ahead of time
