Very tired looking rooms, window in bathroom is fixed open, so you get the constant smell of fire smoke in the room. The location and complex though are very good Also did not appreciate being pesttered to take a taxi/ride inside the complex- what happened to privacy?

Regarding the windows, all our windows can be closed, so I think you did not look at it closely. Sorry about you being asked about if you wanted transport inside the complex. We do not allow this and will try and find out how this happened.

I love Rambutan!

Pros: Gardens, pools, massages, ducks, people.
Cons: OK, the choice of meals is not wide, but there are restaurants nearby so not an issue for me.
Location: Lovina Beach is at the end of the road, a short walk away. Snorkelling, dolphin boat trips, a nearby Buddhist temple and volcanic hot springs facility
I've been holidaying at Rambutan Cottages for thirty years. Every time I stay, I wish I could stay longer. I lose my stressed work life, my frustration with Bali's traffic jams, my connection to the outside world, and start to float away in the relaxed ambience of Rambutan's massages, pools, tropical gardens.

nice hotel set in neat tropical gardens

Pros: Relaxing environment.
Cons: No digital television and choice of 6 channels only. Breakfast was a bit light on.
Location: Nice beach 5 mins away. Plenty of restaurants.
Well run establishment with helpful staff. Two nice pools and massage area is nicely set up. Three or four friendly pet dogs added a homely touch. Cost of meals and drinks reasonable. Stallholders and shop owners don't hassle you like at Kuta

Perfect location in Lovina

Pros: Location, swimming pool, peaceful
Cons: the restaurant wasn't fantastic, but still good for breakfast
Location: A quick walk to the beach which has a paved road with a lot of shops, restaurants and bars. Also a quick walk to the main road with ATMs, minimart,etc
Beautiful Balinese style cottages. We were downstairs and the kids upstairs. If you have a problem with stairs at all definitely request a downstairs room as they are quite steep. Great swimming pool and the perfect location to walk to the beach, shops, ATM, bars without being noisy or hectic at the motel itself. Hubby had a massage in their day spa and said the masseuse had magic hands, he loved it.

Beautiful villas and hotel grounds.

There was so much beauty everywhere you looked. The pools were lovely and the restaurant has great atmosphere with plenty of options. I wouldn't say the food was amazing cuisine but it was fresh. The room was simple with a ceiling fan. That suited me but some may prefer aircon

get away this was the most relaxing place to stay

Pros: Everything from staff down to the way the place was run.
Cons: Menu
Location: location was good not far from beach shops tourist attractions.
We were greeted with warm friendly faces, most of the place was very picture perfect place to stay. Food was good after a week stay found Menu started to get boring. my husband was not well so the ambience of the place was good for him.

In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.
