Great hotel! The staff were warm and friendly. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with a great shower and a very comfortable bed. This is a cracking hotel, the staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was great, quiet & bed super comfy with excellent shower. Breakfast was fantastic with everything refreshed promptly, continental & cooked options available, fresh fruit, yogurt &:pastries. There is a mini gym & sauna too which we used at no extra cost. Location is great & the public transport in Budapest easy to navigate although you can walk to the Danube within 10 mins. Would definitely stay again.

The only complaint is that the shower drain was slow, and it never improved even after we advised. Otherwise, the location is good, next to Metro, tram stops, and the hotel is put together nicely. Breakfast has something for everyone, including a well-needed pair of coffee, cappuccino, latte grinding and brewing machines. Staff was professional and courteous. We would have no problem staying again.
