Unbelievable service from sun up to sunrise. Everyone incredibly friendly and polite. Great central location. I stayed during a heat spell and the Aria had the coolest location I visited. Zero issues!

Wonderful hotel. Rooms are large and clean with amazing sound system. Breakfast was included, and it provided many options every morning. From custom coffee options to champagne and mimosa bar. Location of the hotel was fantastic if if you’re there for sightseeing or shopping. Their Highnote bar and restaurant is very beautiful and provides wonderful views of the city. Service is exceptional. We came in late one evening and wanted another cocktail. Room service was able to open the bar downstairs and bring cocktails to our room. Regretfully, we did not have the time to use the spa, however, it looks wonderful, we looked at it on our way to the gym.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Bar none!

The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and filled with creature comforts. But the staff is what sets the place apart. We were overwhelmed with how friendly and helpful and excited to help everyone was. Lorin at the front desk was lonely and went above and beyond for us. If I was starting a hotel I’d want her to be the template for all employees. Jason at breakfast everyday was also a friendly man who endured we were taken care of every morning.

Excellent boutique hotel in a very central location. The staff go above and beyond to ensure a relaxing and delightful stay. Breakfast was truly amazing with lots of culinary delights to suit all tastes. We used the rooftop bar once and it was lovely. Superb cocktails with servers on hand to guide you to the best ones to suit your taste. Amazing panoramic views including St Stephen’s basilica. The spa was a wonderful retreat after a long day of walking and sightseeing especially the lovely foot massage in the jacuzzi! This has to be the best hotel I have ever had the privelage to stay at. Most definitely a 5 star hotel. A huge thank you to all the staff especially those at breakfast. The chocolates on our pillows each evening was an elegant touch. We will be back!

Excellent location for the Pest side of the river. The rooftop bar is very nice and has excellent views of the city, especially St. Stephen’s basilica. The spa area is very nice and relaxing after a long day of walking. As far as the room, it was about as clean and modern as you’ll find in Europe. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was the best I’ve used outside the US. Their breakfast food variety was fairly standard for a high end hotel but the service was excellent. Highly recommend.

We had an an amazing stay at Aria. The room was huge with great private balcony, very comfy bed and large bathroom. Breakfast had plenty of choice and staff were great. A special mention to Gary who was very friendly and went out of his way to ensure we had a great experience. Another mention to Domi in the rooftop bar and restaurant who also went out of her way to make our evening even more special. We hope to visit again soon, we had a brilliant holiday.

My husband and I had a wonderful 3 night stay at Aria. The hotel and staff go above and beyond to anticipate your needs. The included breakfast is outstanding and the wine and cheese (with live music) in the afternoon is a welcome break in the day. The rooftop bar and restaurant is very good. The concierge will be happy to help you plan your day and make bookings for you. The hotel design is very stylish and the rooms are unique, spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent for exploring the Pest side of the city and the Buda side is also within walking distance. We would happily return to this hotel if we are back in Budapest!

*We love that the hotel only has 49 rooms, and each one is dedicated to a different musician. *In keeping with the music theme, there is life music with the 4pm-6pm refreshments. *Breakfast was incredible! *The staff was not only very helpful, but honestly delightful to talk to. * Food in the restaurant & bar was excellent. Drinks were creative and named for different musicians. Watching the sunset from the charming rooftop bar can't be beat! *This hotel is a very good value. *We highly recommend this hotel. It's a jewel!

Great Budapest Hotel

The staff of this hotel is even better than the hotel itself! Each person knew our names and greeted us with a smile. The hotel is even more beautiful than the photos. Great location in Pest to explore all of the sites to see.

Very well-run establishment. Top notch staff and housekeeping is great. The room was spacious and attractive. I totally loved the shower. It is the BEST of the many hotels I have frequented. The morning breakfast is excellent. Highly recommend.
