The tv remote did not have full batteries, the phone was broken and there was (for several hours) no hot water. On the positive side, the staff was very responsive to the problems and the hot water problem just happened, and they responded as fast as they could.

Beautiful property and space. Outdoor grounds are very well taken care of. We stayed when it was a bit colder in the area - but otherwise can enjoy much of the outdoor space when warm. Would highly recommend.

This was the absolute best place to stay. We will definitely be back and this is our new go to place. The staff is the best I have ever delt with, they treated us like old friends. The room was very nice and clean as were the grounds

Beautiful grounds and so incredibly peaceful. I loved sitting on the swing and listening to the ocean. Walking path and easy access to beach. Amazing stars at night! Staff texted me to tell me room was available early and checked on us throughout stay and were very helpful. Rooms basic but clean. Only request would be to add a shelf in the shower as there is no tub. Have to place soap and shampoo on the floor. Not a big deal but worth mentioning. We would stay again.

Blessing from a Hurricane.

We had a great stay with our pets while escaping the hurricane. Everything was very comfortable and the staff was extremely accommodating. We will stay again!

The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It was modern and neutral, no pink flamingos. The staff was lovely. The scenery around the hotel is some of the most beautiful in Jekyll!

Fantastic hotel

We had a fantastic stay. The staff went above and beyond from Check in with Morgan who was oh so friendly, to a text from Will, later to see if everything was going well to Szabi helping us with a bolt on our Ebikes to another nice gentleman with dreads (I didn't get his name) offering to help us carry our stuff to the beach when he saw we had our hands full. I will definitely stay here form now on! The customer service was phenomenal! The rooms are updated and very clean. The view was beautiful and the pool was super nice!! I didn't get to enjoy the fire pit but I saw alot of people who seemed to be.
