Our room was not ready for more than an hour after check in and nothing was done to compensate. Despite having voucher for free kids meal, we were still charged for a kids meal. Called IHG and they said it was an Expedia problem. As an IHG member, I’m incredibly disappointed.

I was not provided with the handicap room on the first floor. I just had surgery and when I booked this reservation, I asked for the first floor three weeks ago. I also couldn’t believe that we had to pay for breakfast. For the price of the room, at least they could provided free breakfast all the other hotels do it

Just passing through on our way to Florida from northeast. Hotel was convenient and clean in common areas. The room was comfortable and somewhat clean. Not as clean as I would have liked.
