Overlooking the Brunswick River is the perfect place to get away from it all.

Fabulous, quirky 4 bedroomed + loft modern beach house. It is ideally located right between the river, Torakina Beach and the main surfing beach, while also a very easy walk to shops and restaurants. This house includes your own woodfired pizza oven and a garden full of toppings. Or slip across the heritage wooden footbridge into town for some of the best local cafés and restaurants in the Byron Shire.

Four bedrooms upstairs, including 3 queens and a double bed. There are two bathrooms on this level and a a single bed in the loft room.

Hear the bird chorus in the bushland as you enjoy your coffee on the front or back deck or take it down the beach path to listen to the crashing waves. Please note: currently the elevator is not operational so access to the downstairs area is via the outdoor stairwell. This property is in a quiet residential area and we have a strict no party policy in place. If security is called there is a chance of eviction.

Great location

This is a comfortable and spacious house for a family or friend group. It has room for everyone. Everything is a easy stroll away - shops, cafes, beach, river. The biggest plus is the location. Upstairs are 4 double rooms and downstairs off the garage is another bedroom with twin beds and in the 'room with a view' up the spiral staircase a single bed. The only downside (for us) is that none of the bedrooms have curtains. If you don't mind waking up with the sun then it won't be an issue. However, the two bedrooms that look onto the back deck (with sliding glass doors) have next to no privacy - anyone walking up the rear ramp and onto the deck can see in. Also there was no information on the house - how to work things, etc. We managed okay but there appeared to be no wifi available. Also if TV is your thing, there is no TV.
