A nice comfortable hotel. Nice bar with good food. Staff were helpful.Coffee and tea were not replaced enough. Also towels not replaced often enough and bathroom not cleaned enough.

Being on the canal. Being allowed to leave our car in the garage after check out until we got back from the half marathon. Kudos the the staff member who helped my wife figure out how to lock the car.
