Very clean and tidy hotel. Staff very helpfull and gave me good tips about parking and city life. The safe batteries ran flat causing me to be locked out, but swiftly sorted out by maintenance. I expect the hotel to be top notch as soon as renovations is sorted out!

The recent changes and additions were lovely to see. The coffee/tea selction has always been very good, with the little biscuits, but the chocolates were a nice treat. The little things do matter a lot. Well done all. We've been staying here since it was first opened by the original owners. Always a pleasure to stay here.

Room was a good size and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel was excellent. They have an excellent program to encourage better use of housekeeping. The restaurant food was very good.

Parking was very easy but bit of a walk. There was at least a loading unloading spot out front. Staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. Lovely folks. Great location to walk around city center. Highly recommend.
