"A nice place to stay"
Room is functional with the mod cons you would expect in a hotel room, including a minibar. Whilst the hotel is reasonably old, it is clean and well appointed. Air conditioner and fan is very welcome given Broken Hill's hot weather during summer - made the stay very comfortable. Centrally located. Shower in the bath is a bit impractical for older or infirmed travellers. Have stayed there a number of times and would stay again.

"Lovely stay, lovely cottage "
Originally booked into the single room for a family of three, we were told on arrival that we were staying in the Line of Load cottages next door with no extra to pay. What a wonderful surprise and so comfortable after lots of traveling and staying in old daggy caravan cabins.

"Central historic hotel with balcony view. "
It was wonderful to stay in such an historic and well cared for hotel in central Broken Hill. Being able to step outside onto the wide balcony was a luxury we made use of many times. We enjoyed having a private drink whilst settling back into the slower pace of a regional town.
