Bristol

The hotel was a really good option for staying in the centre of Bristol. Close to the train station, a 20 minute walk to the canal, shops and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable and I had a good night's sleep too.

You couldn’t shower without holding the shower head yourself. The shower flooded the entire bathroom making it dangerous. It was a building site where you couldn’t get any peace and quiet

Staff were great, room was good, except the bathroom fan didnt operate while showering. I asked the staff but they said that they come on intermittently during the day by design... it got quite damp during showers.

Overall good stay - air-conditioning was not working however, and the plugs by the window were unusable due to positioning, and the one working plug was temporamental. Value for stay was very good, lovely location on quayside with access to station, and friendly staff.

Hotel was really well located for the station and pretty close to the city centre, 5-10 minutes walk. Staff were friendly on arrival. Room was clean and functional, a bit lacking in comforts and furniture, but bed was comfortable. Breakfast was OK but quite expensive for the quality
