This detached property, renovated in 2018, is situated in the owner’s magnificent grounds, with outstanding views over the the Chew Valley Lakes. Small, lawned garden with sitting out area, garden furniture and adjacent public footpath to lake.

This is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is right on your doorstep. The property also has Michelin star restaurant The Pony and Trap a short walk away, owned by Masterchef judge Josh Eggleton.

Open plan living space: With beams and wooden floor.
Living area: With wood burner, Smart TV with freeview TV, and French doors leading to garden.
Dining area: With bi-folding doors.
Kitchen area: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
Utility room: With washer/dryer.
Study with desk. Can be used as third bedroom with a travel cot or floor mattress for a fifth guest.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With super kingsize bed made with white Egyptian cotton linen.
Bedroom 2: With zip and link twin beds (can be super kingsize on request) made with white Egyptian cotton linen.
Shower room: With shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.
Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and high speed Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Large lawned garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and footpath to lake. 1 dog welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times. Private parking for 2 cars.

We are approx 10- 15 minutes from Bristol Airport and Uber can be booked from the property.
