The staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The room was adequate but the bed was awful, you could feel every spring. We had a really bad nights sleep. Also as people left the pub next door after midnight there was a lot of noise and the rooms are not sound proof.

Parking easy just remember to register your car at teception desk. Check in and check out simple. We chose the hotel as overnight stop on the way to London. Couldnt fault it gor a halfway stop Had a lovely meal in the Aqua restaurant opposite hotel.

Have to park in Lidl carpark, free but quite busy, there are side spaces which are good. Staff friendly and helpful. Its budget but great value.
