First room felt like it wasn’t used much. Toilet flush puller didn’t work well, contant dripping noise outside as a result of rain, tv didn’t work. Was disappointed that restaurant was fully booked and my 20% discount wasnt valid for room service. Changed room.

Secure covered Parking available in the square for guests at a price. Breakfast excellent, and really comfy bed and nice touches in room (biscuits, fruit etc). Only downside was lift out of order so hauling a large suitcase up 3 flights of stairs not ideal. Lovely warm welcoming staff.

Fantastic 7 night stay while travelling on my own for a course. The food was delicious, the staff were gorgeous and the location was perfect. Small rooms BUT as a solo traveller that made me feel even more at home. Will deffo stay there again if in Bristol

Beautiful Hotel

Booked here cos it's walking distance to our son's dorm who just graduated from Bristol University. Very unique interior with a vintage vibe. Love it. One downside is that no air con.
