The room was clean and felt spacious, even with a cot in there. The staff were friendly upon arrival. Ate dinner in the hotel and it had a nice relaxed atmosphere, food was tasty and reasonably priced considering the hotels location to the airport.

Very convenient location for the airport. On the pricey side but obviously to be expected. The little self service shop in the reception area is a great idea. Room was good after travelling but clearly not a high end affair. Would stay again if needed. Continental breakfast at 4:30am was basic, but would likely suit someone for a quick grab and go.

Room was clean, comfy beds. Nice and peaceful, except loud banging doors. Body lotion was empty! Beds were comfy. Breakfast is Ok, nothing special, it does the job. Some seats in the booths were disgusting. Ripped and dirty, not fit for sitting on!! We were very surprised that they have left them like it! Reception staff were polite and helpful. We arrived by coach, as its not all undercover we hot soaked.

If you’re looking for a hotel near the Bristol airport this is by far the best version of what you would hope for. It’s connected by walkway to the hotel, has everything you need and made our connection extremely easy and comfortable

Stayed here the night we landed late back in from Prague. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the breakfast, but otherwise you can’t fault the hotel. It’s clean, quiet, the staff are so friendly. We had a very pleasant nights sleep here after a long day of travel, when we fly from Bristol early next year we intend to stay here again.

Overall the hotel was very good, but disappointed by food we had in the evening. Limited choice and what we had was luke warm and in the case of the burger I ordered it had obviously been precooked and left waiting for an order. Food was certainly not value for money in our experience. Staff were very pleasant.
