Polite and efficient check-in. Room large. For some accessible room only one offered on Expexia, but that's ok. Food and drink service swift and courteous, if not a bit pricey...but you have no option, unless you fancy Burger King in the Terminal. We paid £50 for 2 - pizza and curry, plus drinks. Order on the app, and delivered to your table. Early flight means you miss breakfast, although they do offer a breakfast bag, or from 4am continental

before our holiday we stayed the night as we had an early flight, I didn’t get much sleep as the mattresses are terrible, every time me or my husband rolled over and moved in our sleep we would wake up, the springs are so noisy and the mattress is so uncomfortable, we have stayed in a lot of Hilton hotels over the years but this is by far the worst beds we have stayed in

Excellent property! Super easy to get to the airport. Super buzzing hotel! Great food and serves late! Excellent breakfast and opens super early, like 4am and they will give you a to go bag for breakfast if you are earlier. The manager is awesome and the coffee machine is great!

Good breakfast. Nice staff. But we booked a family room, to find the second bed had not been made up. Having arrived late, kids asleep/ falling asleep, we could have done without waiting for someone to bring sheets for the bed to us. And the second bed was terribly uncomfortable. And the room wasn’t big enough, such that you couldn’t get around the second bed or access the desk when it was pulled out. Overall, not very good value for money
