Experience the comfort of your own home whilst enjoying all that the theatre district of Brighton has to offer. With the Theatre Royal and The Dome literally a stones throw away, you couldn't be any more centrally located! This lovely apartment is juxtaposition for the hippy North Laine area and the trendy, stylish South Lanes. Restaurants, independent coffee shops, comedy clubs, nightclubs, art galleries, shops galore and a 10 minute walk to the seafront a Brighton Pier!
This property comes with Private Parking which is 3 minutes walk away from the apartment which is pretty rare in the city centre! We just ask for a £15 payment which will cover your entire stay.
The space Royal Pavilion Gardens Apartment is a 12 minute walk from Brighton Mainline Station taking you through the North Laine, then on towards the Theatre Royal, into the Pavilion gardens and then directly to the front door of Regent House.
The apartment is on the first floor with lift access if need be.
Being at the back of the property, the kitchen, dining area and the living area all have a stunning view of the The Royal Pavilion Gardens, with its leafy trees, flower beds perfectly framing the magnificent Dome Theatre and Royal Pavilion.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, washing machine and all the usual accessories. There is a small dining table for 2 and a very comfortable, tastefully decorated lounge area with sofa, coffee table, TV and WiFi.
The bathroom, albeit basic, is clean with a shower and bath with a selection of beautiful, natural, organic skincare products to try out and purchase if so wished!
At the end of the corridor is a very cosy and comfortable bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and bay window, overlooking Princes Place.
Please note: although this is an area of the city that is full of life, it should not be overly noisy at night.

Perfect hidden gem
What a little gem this flat is. Fabulous location, close to beach, shops, and with an outlook over the pavilion park. Has a home from home feel with lovely decor and all you need from a holiday let.Great communication with the owner, we can’t wait to return!
