7.8/10 Good! (25 reviews)

Was expecting a compact room but this was an actual box. Literally no where to put anything. Was expecting at least a coat hook. No access to a hairdryer with extra payment. The most dry and awful air conditioning with no control. Mouldy shower. Noise from other rooms toilets flushing was like a Jet flying over. So confined - just no.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (2,063 reviews)

Hotel is in a great location - very close to the tube, bus stops, theaters, restaurants, shopping. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable. Hotel rooms are VERY small - 2 people and luggage was a tight fit and the bathrooms have no privacy.

The place seems to have recently had a facelift. Good selection at breakfast and the light bites in the bar are good with quick ..."
