Brighton and Hove Holiday Packages

Overall the stay was nice! Staff were great, breakfast was good. But the only problem we had was the quality of the bed. We are a young couple and struggled with the mattress, it was very springy and firm. Other than that, it was great!

I travel to London frequently and always stay in budget accommodation. This is the best hotel I have yet stayed at. Why? 1. The staff are lovely. 2. The bed was really comfortable, with a nice, firm mattress which is what my back demands. 3. The shower worked perfectly, with none of that annoying hot, cold, hot, cold nonsense you get at so many budget London hotels. 4. Location. Just down the road from Paddington station - perfect. Now, some won't like this hotel because "the place is old, tatty. tired..." I call that characterful. If you don't like this, pay much more and stay at the Hilton. Others will say the room and/or bathroom are tiny. By American standards they are. Again, if you're a very large person or you are into swinging cats, pay much more and stay at the Hilton. I really liked this place and won't hesitate to book it again. PS. The breakfast included in the price (and the friendly wait staff) was an added bonus.
