Loved the front desk representative ladies, Britzy, Toni and Audria were very helpful, the resort was very good for family and friends, nice room setup…however the kitchen’s ventilation was bad, when you cooked the smell would stay in the unit forever.

Great Resort
The hotel was overbooked and didn't have our type of room so they upgraded us. Ryan at the front desk was very apologetic. The room he gave us was amazing. The hotel was clean and had lots of amenities. The hot tubs and saunas were nice. The only thing I would say could use some work is the restaurant/bar. It was dead in there but it took nearly 20 mins for the bartender to come put waters in front of us and walk away without even a "Hi, I'll be back in a minute". We ended up leaving. I will definitely stay here again.
