Guests will have full access to the entire home, a private ski locker, a shared hot tub, a seasonal pool, and a shared laundry facility. Additionally, they will have access to one designated parking space.

The Neighborhood:
This home is in an incredible location, within walking distance of everything Breck has to offer. You can be on the slopes in no time, with two lifts just a 10-minute walk away. The BreckConnect Gondola, just 3 blocks from the home, connects you to Peaks 7 and 8. The Snowflake lift is only a 10-minute walk, making it easy to get on the slopes. Breckenridge Ski Resort, 2.5 miles away, offers five peaks and great après-ski dining.

Breckenridge’s historic Main Street is less than a 10-minute walk, filled with shops, restaurants, breweries, galleries, and museums. Take a scenic stroll along the Blue River Recreation path, which is lined with trees and runs parallel to Main Street’s charming shops and eateries. Live music fans can enjoy concerts at Riverwalk Center, where indoor heated seating is available in winter and lawn seating in summer.
