Although once inside the complex, the signage is excellent. However, to find the guest check-in is a little bit of a challenge. I might suggest some better signage for people to park and to nowhere to go into check-in. Another positive is that my car didn’t start the morning. I needed to leave and they came and boosted it without charge. That is fantastic customer service!

Great property. Loved the ski in ski out. Everything you needed was on the property itself & was walking distance from the main portion of town. Highly recommend and cant wait to return next season !

Besides its proximity to the mountain, this place was not worth the premium price. To get to your room, there is a maze of elevators and hallways. It is definitely not easy to check in and out with all your gear, defeating the purpose of being on the mountain. Staying off mountain and parking at the Beaver Run parking lot would have saved time and money, especially since parking was $40/day

Older property- there are newer ones surrounding. Ski in and out. No kitchen in basic rooms. Several hot tubs and large pool. Fun property to explore. Covered paid parking available.

Amazing location, hot tubs, pool, sauna, kids room all on site. Ski in and ski out with onsite daycare and ski school so great for families. Rooms well equipped with kitchen, bed was large and comfortable. Hotel is a bit older but honestly had everything you needed.
