Pros outweigh cons at Beaver Run!

Quick trip to Breck to ski. No notice was give that peak 9 had closed earlier in the week so were disappointed to pay for ski in and not able to do so. preferred building 4 but was put in 2 with a lot of spring break people who were somewhat loud at times. hallway carpeting in buildings 2 and overall condition of our condo needed updates. Can’t beat the closeness to downtown shopping and eateries, as well as the shuttle service! Love the hot tubs and pools as well.

Unfortunately, the Beaver Run lift was already closed for the season. However, they have a fantastic shuttle service that took us to the gondola and to town. I would definitely stay here again.

Super thin walls all around. You can hear absolutely everything. Outdated and dirty. Rented a suite and i could hear everything and the neighbor room was connected to our. Wouldnt stay here again. Staff member mike or whatever was rude. Garbage place.

The property and amenities were very good. The building is a maze! Finding parking in the garage was a challenge. The sofa bed was not comfortable, can feel the springs from the mattress.

Amazing location right next to the lifts. Stop for the free breck transit buses is just right outside next to the lift as well which really worked out great to get around town since I needed to go grocery shopping. The room was very spacious with a full kitchen. There are restaurants in the hotel, but I can't say much for dining as I just took the free city bus to the city market grocery store. The room was clean except the toilet had BM stain and the bathroom smelled of it. Minus 1 star for cleanliness, but still 5 stars overall.
