We will be back this winter for sure. The front desk was extremely accommodating and the hot tubs were some of the best we have been in. The shuttle was so convenient and the grounds we very peaceful.

Nice looking property with major issues

During my stay, the smoke detector in our room repeatedly went off whenever I used the hairdryer or ceiling fan. Engineering came up and replaced the detector, but unfortunately, the issue persisted and the alarm sounded again later that evening. While the hotel staff did offer us a different room, no assistance was provided with the move. We had to spend our evening repacking and relocating all of our belongings ourselves, which was inconvenient and frustrating after a long day. The new room also had its drawbacks — a family with small children was staying in the room above us, and there was frequent noise from them running around early in the morning, which disrupted our rest.

Not sure I can top this stay! The property is just breathtaking and the customer service was top notch. We will have to make this a yearly trip as we couldn’t have enough. The Villa was beautiful and was fully equipped with everything needed. We were truly blown away. Can’t wait for next time.

Couples' getaway to ski and relax

This was a spontaneous trip to ski and recharge. We enjoyed the wonderful accommodations, hot tub, pool, and billiards. We love the location and the clean, modern rooms. We also love the eco-friendly refillable toiletries.

My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt Ranahan for a few days in the beginning of March. The property and room were clean and we loved having the full kitchen, laundry, and living space. The bed was super comfy (this is REALLY important to us). We had to call the front desk for assistance operating the dryer and not only did assistance show up immediately, he showed us how to operate the machine, and the front desk called shortly after the visit to make sure we were satisfied with the service. WOW!! Then we called to request more towels and robes so that we could venture out to the hot tubs. Again, the individual showed up shortly after the call with our requested items. And again we received a call shortly thereafter following up. GREAT SERVICE!! We enjoyed the close proximity to hiking/snowshoeing trails, and the towns of Breckenridge and Frisco. Would defiitely stay again!!

The room was very nice with everything we needed to make dinner or to wash our clothes. We LOVED the heated pool, slide, and the hot tubs were amazing. The perfect place to stay especially with little kids.

Allison, the General Manager of this property, does not know how to communicate effectively with guests. She was very rude and displayed a complete lack of empathy when they revoked our room keys for a room we had already paid for, due to the resort fee being declined on my card. Instead of discussing the issue with me, nobody showed any understanding, and we were forced out of our room in the middle of the night. I even offered to pay the resort fee in cash, but nobody accepted my offer. The next day, when we went to settle the resort fee with a different card, Allison's lack of professionalism continued; she remarked, "Let’s go ahead and pay it then. Let’s settle the amount you don’t want to pay for." This was very disappointing. Fortunately, Manny, the operations manager, was present and accepted my cash payment.
