Worst hotel ever

My wife and I came down with norovirus late the night before our stay. We called first thing in the morning to cancel our appointment because we were vomiting, had diarrhea, fevers and the chills. The front desk told us they had cancelled if, but the never did. I called two different times and they confirmed that it was cancelled. Two days later we got a notification that we were checked in and the cancellation never occurred and that we would not be receiving our money back even though we never stayed at the hotel. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a hotel and would never consider staying here in the future.

I recently stayed at Hotel Alpenrock Breckenridge, Curio Collection by Hilton, and I had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly nice and attentive, which really made my stay special. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety to choose from. I also loved the valet car service and the ski valet—such a convenient touch! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Breckenridge. It was a perfect blend of comfort and excellent service!

Lovely hotel but we had a very long trek to our room - long hallways, many turns and 2 elevators to get there. It would be hard for someone older or not very mobile. Staff were very helpful.

We stayed at this property during peak season. It is located in close proximity to quicksilver ski lift and beaver run ski lift. The Hotel is clean and looks newly remodeled, however the hotel was understaffed and room service was poor. It does have a good storage option for skis and boots. There is no heated pool, there is 2 hot tubs available which is overcrowded most of the time. The Valet parking service is poor and understaffed, if there is a choice avoid it. Once you signed up for it and paid $ 55 / night you have given up your car and have to wait 40-50 minutes for them to valet back to you when you need it ( this wait is on weekends). The public parking across the street ( uncovered parking) is cheaper and is easily accessible. Edwin restaurant is mediocre. We traveled to the village mostly for dinner and the restaurants around there were good.
