Location, Location, Location!

Could not have been more convenient, the BreckConnect Gondola made going into town easy and fun (only wish it were open in the evening). Ski-in/out a breeze. Amenities also wonderful - used the spa grotto daily, great view from the treadmills, pool and hot tub area fully utilized during apres ski. Little store had essential for us like water and snacks/sweets for an afternoon or late evening treat. My kids spent lots of time playing pool and video games in the game room and we loved our private movie theatre reservation!! Great vaca.

Beautiful ski in/ski out condo with the best location!

This place was amazing! First of all, Karen (the owner) was so helpful with all of my questions before we left for our vacation. My husband and I were traveling with our 2 kids (ages 7 and 10.) We were worried it wouldn't be big enough for all of us to stay comfortably for a week but we were wrong. First of all, the condo was spacious, beautiful and updated, the staff were great, but most of all you can't beat the location and amenities of the resort. A ski lift was right outside the back door, as well as a gondola a few steps farther to take our kids straight to ski school. Our ski lockers were also at the back of the building so we didn't have to walk far with our ski gear. Not only was staying here at the base of peak 7 easy, it was also our favorite peak to ski at Breckenridge. At the end of the day we could sit in the hot tub while our kids are swimming in the heated indoor/outdoor pool and loving the slide, while we watch skiers coming down the mountain. This was our first trip to Breckenridge. We try to pick a different place each year but our kids are already insisting we go back to Breck next year for Spring Break and stay at this condo again:)
