We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very accommodating and roomy. Was a great getaway and comfy place for my family. Melissa was so helpful and very quick to respond with any questions we had. Would highly recommend renting with this unit. We will definitely be back!

This is the second time the family and I have rented from Melissa. The condo is immaculately clean, well furnished, and ideally located to see all the sites of Branson. All bedrooms have their own televisions and ceiling fans, the kitchen has plenty of plates, bowls, and utensils, and the upstairs has a television, arcade games (stand alone arcade), and foosball. Melissa is easy to reach but odds are you won't need anything from her as the place is ideal!Melissa's condo is the first place I check to see if it is available when we visit Branson. And we will be back!

This was a lovely unit. Very clean. Had everything you needed for your stay. The host is wonderful and very helpful. The only thing I want to warn people about is the upstairs air conditioning is very minimal. The host has done what she can to help the situation, but on close to 90 degree days my kids did not want to be up there or sleep there which made for a tough stay as we were counting on those bunk beds. I would have like to have know about that issue before booking. However, if the weather is nice or no one in your party minds sleeping warm this is a great place.

This was our first trip to Branson and the condo was perfect! We had plenty of room for our family (5 adults, 2 teens). The condo was well stocked and very clean. The kids enjoyed the foosball table and having their own space upstairs. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Melissa checked in on us several times during our stay and answered our questions quickly. Before our stay I was worried we’d feel cramped based on the pictures of the main living space, and while it is on the smaller side, we felt like we had enough room for all of us to comfortably hang out together.

We were more than comfortable in this condo. It was well stocked, very clean, easy in/out parking. Our host was always available when we texted for anything. Even when I had to text her at 9;30 pm. She answered immediately. The kitchen was well stocked. Loved the pac man games upstairs. I haven't played that since I was a kid and that was a few years ago! TVs in every room. Beautiful electric fireplace in living room. Even though Melissa is a busy mom with a fairly new baby, she was always available for absolutely anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a family getaway

Melissa was excellent to work with. The place was in a great location, close to Silver Dollar City and close to Branson shows and restaurants. The three king bedrooms on the main floor was a hit with the adults, and the game room, second living room, and bunkbed bedroom kept the kids entertained. The place is new and nicely appointed. It was one of the best places we have stayed at in Branson. We will be back!
