The AC/heat unit for one of the upper apartments sits directly outside of the master bedroom window making it very hard to sleep peacefully. My son and mother both got stuck in the second bathroom because the door handle is broken not allowing them to open the door from the inside. The master bedroom had a shower that was so small that you are lucky to be able to get in and out of it. Someone else’s hair was in the shower and there was a lot of mold and mildew growing in the shower. The cabinets and drawers in the bathroom are falling a part. A bar stool in the living area was broke and when my 10 yr old scooted it out the entire top fell off. This condo is in need of some major maintenance and a good cleaning

Quiet and peaceful location

The unit was just like the pictures. The golf course has lovely views. When we had a mechanical issue, the manager was quit to communicate and send a technician to fix it. Very responsive.
