Only 2 miles from the home is impressive Table Rock Lake where you can explore the pristine waters with a leisurely boat ride or try your hand at watersports amid the tranquil surroundings. Experience the magic of live theater at renowned venues like Legends In Concert or the iconic Sight & Sound Theatre. This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom and queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom includes a luxurious king-size bed fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep, along with a smart TV. The ensuite bathroom includes a spacious single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This unit is a lower-level, walk-down unit with 18 steps required to reach the main door.

• Lot parking available for 1 vehicle on a first-come, first-served basis. A parking pass is required and will be obtained at the security gate upon check-in.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

• This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
