Enjoy Branson and relax in our Stunning Spacious condo is just minutes away from everything Branson has to offer: family-friendly activities, restaurants, dining, and shows. The condo is just Minutes Away From Everything Branson has to offer for your memorable vacation.

The space
Enjoy Branson from this New Luxury condo in the Foothills of Thousand Hills Golf Resort. Centrally located, so you are close to everything. Heldstab Haven at Foothills is larger than most and is about 1,700 sq. ft. giving you plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your vacation. Free Parking right in front. My unit is at ground level with only 2 small steps.
We are located only 1 block from the clubhouse that includes an indoor-outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub, and fitness area.

The condo features new furnishings; 4 smart TV's, free wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen, full size washer/dryer, 4 ceiling fans, and more. Relax on the covered patio.

The Master Bedroom ensuite has a King pillow top bed, private bathroom with large vanity. The 2nd Bedroom ensuite has a King size pillow top bed with private bath which includes a walk-in shower. The 3rd Bedroom (the bunk room) has 3 queen beds, one is Queen pillow top bed and the other is a queen size bunk bed with stairs going to the top queen bed. We also have a pack-n-play so you don’t have to drag yours along on the trip. The living room has 2 recliners, a sofa and a love seat in the living room provide the plenty of comfortable seating space to set by the fireplace. Seating for 8 around the large dining room table with an additional 4 along the bar. We have one booster seat for the little ones. The Kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities of home, so you can cook whatever you desire (but you might want to bring your own spices/seasonings).

Guest access
During your stay you will have exclusive private use of Heldstab Haven at Foothills of Thousand Hills. We have a couple of owner’s closets where we keep personal items and additional cleaning supplies, please respect our privacy for these. You will have full access to the amenities of the resort with a pool pass and a door key code. The club house has both an indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, & exercise room, all only a block from my condo. The clubhouse is open till 10PM (seasonal on outdoor pool). 2 Parking Spaces are located directly in front of the condo, with more only a short walk away.

Interaction with guests
This is a “private home” for you to enjoy. I want you to feel like you are entering your own place. I try to make check in and out as painless as possible. Access is as simple as an electronic key code lock. I will send a welcome packet with your private lock code and directions before you arrive.

My place is stocked with everything you may need (as we stay here often). And we respect your privacy during your stay. We are always available by phone, text, or email, so please don’t hesitate to let me know if you need anything.

The condo was very nice and close to all the activities. We had a fun time in Branson. The only issue was the lack of sound proofing from the upstairs neighbors. We heard kids running back and forth incessantly and some pounding from up there. We assume they were guests for the weekend.

Great layout and location for our weekend getaway for our son’s birthday. Hosts were quick to reach out after booking and get us all the information and made sure we were booked for the activity we were planning. The condo was very comfortable and well maintained. Parking is right outside the door and beyond the parking is green space so nice setting. Beds are comfortable and it was very clean. My only complaints are the bath towels are paper thin and small so felt very cheap and hard to dry off with. And we came in the winter so the indoor pool and indoor hot tub were very crowded, dirty, not in great condition, and that was why we picked this place. So that part was disappointing. But if you come in the summer and bring your own bath towels, everything else is excellent. Host provided details and information to help, check in and out was simple. Overall a good stay but with a couple disappointing areas.
