Poor Housekeeping!!!

Property itself appears well maintained & beds were comfortable, But they failed at cleanliness!! The toilet seat was nasty & had not been cleaned. The shower was visibly dirty. There were open food wrappers on the floor. Surprisingly, there were fresh linens & complimentary coffee & soap samples had been filled, indicating that housekeepung had been by but had ignored glaring issues.

It was disappointing to feel rushed out because the cleaning lady came by at 10am to clean when check out was 11. The pool was pretty clean but the hottub water was very murky. The beds were comfortable. The shampoo alwas very hard to open.

I asked for a handicap room when I made the reservation about 2 weeks prior to my trip. I did not get a handicap room. I get around with a cane or battery wheelchair and it made it difficult to take a shower in the tub. Also the commode was low.

Bedspreads had burn holes in a nonsmoking room. Chairs were worn down and smelled like wet dogs. Room 314. Bathroom was clean. Mattresses were comfortable. The stairs were not difficult.
