This was our second time staying here. The host stays in contact and provides all necessary information. Our stay was peaceful and relaxing. Everything we need in the kitchen is provided. We plan to stay here again.

The setting was beautiful, on a great golf course. For anyone handicap, this probably isn’t the place for you if you are in a wheelchair or have bad knees, it says it is on a lower floor, but you have to take two flights of stairs down to the condo and up to parking area, no other way in. Just be aware of that. The decoration was nice at condo, but the smell of musty, dirty was there the whole time. The place had appeared to be clean, but the only things we could figure out, the carpet was old and the couch, throw blankets and pillows did not smell clean or fresh at all and couch was so uncomfortable to sit on. The closet where the washer and dryer was, also had a smell of soured clothes. The owner had a small air purifier and ordered another one while we were there and had delivered, but it just didn’t help, the air is left off between stays, which could be part of the problem with no air flow. It was a quiet place, had deer come up from the golf course at night, eating acorns off the trees by the back patio, loved the whirlpool, owner was very nice and tried to accommodate. Just don’t think I would stay there again.

My Husband and I stayed at this condo for a romantic getaway during our recent trip to Branson, Missouri. The unit was decorated nicely and had a welcoming feel, but it is in need of some cosmetic updates, particularly the carpet.Our itinerary was full, so we mainly used the condo as a place to sleep. On our third night, however, after returning from a wonderful show at the Sight & Sound Theater, we unfortunately encountered a cockroach in the bathroom. This was unsettling and led us to decide to check out a night early. I informed the host the following morning, and she responded quickly with understanding and professionalism. She assured us that pest control would be contacted and even offered a refund for the unused night. While the refund was never processed, I did appreciate the gesture.Overall, we truly enjoyed our time in Branson, and the host was very friendly and responsive throughout our stay. That said, due to the pest issue and the need for cosmetic updates, we would likely not choose to rebook this particular property in the future.

Great place to go for your next family vacation!

This was a beautiful place to stay! The location looks just like the pictures. Quiet first floor location with walkout patio with lots of green space off the patio. Enjoyed quiet mornings sitting on the patio sipping coffee from the keurig provided in the fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were very comfortable with a plush mattress and the pillows were great! Everything was clean and nicely decorated! Great living room (with a huge tv that included cable and Roku), dining area, and kitchen. Loved having the washer and dryer so we could go home with suitcases full of clean clothes! The grounds were very nice. A quick drive from the landing and downtown area! Beautiful golf course! We spent a lot of time at the main pool just a quick 2 minute drive from where we stayed. It was huge! There were several other pools including one just a few steps from our door! The kids also enjoyed the game room at the main building with arcade games and billiards. This was a great stay overall. We plan to stay here again in the future!!

Great stay!

This property was perfect for what I was looking for. Despite being a condo, it was so quiet at all times. The patio is perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee or a nice book. The property is also decorated really nicely so it truly feels like a home away from home. The bed was super comfortable and everything was really clean. Jennifer was great to deal with and answered all of my questions. If I had to be REALLY picky, one of the showers had a little bit of mildew in the corners, but it was no big deal really. I can’t wait to go back and rent from Jennifer again!

The condo was very nice and in a great location

Great property, away from crowds

We enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Hills property. The owner was very easy to communicate with and was responsive with any cares we had. Finding the property was a little tricky the first time, so pay attention to the directions sent before your stay. Beds were comfy and all had a good time.
