Staff , on a Monday without events, that room woul be ready for early check-in by 1 - it was not; physically checked back at 1:30 and 2:30 to no avail and brunette was with serious negative attitude - gave up and came back at 3:30 to be greeted courtesy by strawberry blond hostess to check in on 2nd floor;?Yetis upstairs kept me awake all night until 2 am them started noise back at 4 am - few people in residence at the time; made reservations 8 months in advance only to be disappointed! Food and service in downstairs bar was excellent

Ask how to control the heat! I did not and it was too warm. I love staying here and was our second time. It’s cozy and comfortable and has historic ambiance. The staff are very nice and being greeted with champagne and a lavender hand towel is wonderful.

Beautiful historic hotel!

What a wonderful hotel stay. We were greeted by the friendly staff with a glass of champagne which we enjoyed on the lovely front porch. The meal we had in the restaurant was excellent and we also enjoyed the bar. This is a beautiful, well maintained historic hotel. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Everything was perfect except the live music that went until 2am. Clearly the staff know that it’s an issue as they provided ear plugs but it’s hard to block the vibration of the base making it not quite a perfect experience ☹️

The hotel is right next to a gas station with large trucks coming and going all through the night. Also it does not have an elevator. The cold breakfast was subpar. Beautiful structure on the inside 1st floor.

Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! I loved the historical old building and decor, the front desk staff that offered champagne upon check in, the wrap around porch all lit up at night, the quaint little town where we got a delicious breakfast from the friendly locals the next day. The room we stayed in was simple and small but all the rest of it made up for that!

It is a beautiful historic hotel that has been immaculately maintained and kept up. The staff are amazing in providing terrific customer service to their guests. The main dining room is a 5/5 star restaurant.

A beautifully restored hotel with great customer service. Loved our stay here from the welcome champagne, wide front porch with chairs and fire table for roasting marshmallows. There are 2 restaurants on the property, one fine dining and the other casual. Live music on both Friday and Saturday night during our stay. Located less than 30 minutes from Bozeman in a small town with a few cafes and bars. Near a state park.
