Hard beds and no refunds

No TV, no refunds, hard beds. We left a day early because it's such a far drive (45 min to West Yellowstone) and didn't want to be around the bugs or hurt my back anymore (bring plenty of OFF spray if you choose to go here. Found ants on the nighttable and I don't think they were bedbugs but small clover mites in our bed, millers and mosquitoes everywhere). They were nice enough people (a few a bit creepy, ever watch Vacancy?) but I thought they might have understood the situation. Nothing to do there because the horseback riding wasn't really available and we don't fish. Food at McGilll's looked over priced so we didn't bother making reservations or eat there. Activities were closed most of the time. Breakfast and view was okay. Definitely not worth what we paid for each night and I went away feeling ripped off, with them smiling of course because it was clear in their small print so let me leave a warning for you, fellow traveler, read the fine print.

Nice layout for breakfast. Good dinner. The best steak we had on the trip. Beautiful view. On our first stay, room was great, but the 2nd time, the layout wasn’t as great. The small fridge and the water heater were inside the closet. We can barely use it to hang our clothes.

This ranch is amazing and welcoming! The cabins were cozy and modern. The included breakfast was absolutely delicious and just being there felt like a vacation in itself! I would definitely return to this property next time I’m in the area.

Awesome place!

What a great little resort! We were just passing through and it seemed like a cute place so we stopped. It was off-season so not many people there which was nice. During the season it looks like they have so many activities to do there. I will return one day.

We stayed off season and the website does not reflex change with regards to breakfast time. I stayed here purposely because of the available breakfast at 7 AM. However, when we got there, everything was changed to 9 AM. It doesn’t even reflect that on the voicemail when you call the front desk. I prepaid everything however I just noticed that I have a charge on my credit card for $250 with no explanation no receipt nothing. Not sure if I can recommend this place.

We had the best experience and stay at 320 Guest Ranch! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. Breakfast was included and absolutely amazing, and their hospitality truly stood out. The location is absolutely stunning—nestled between Big Sky and Yellowstone, only about 35 minutes from the West Yellowstone entrance. It offers the perfect mix of peaceful nature and outdoor adventure. Waking up to mountain views and the sound of the river nearby was something I’ll never forget. We stayed in a riverfront cabin with two bedrooms and a full kitchen, beautifully situated between the river and the mountains, offering spectacular views. The cabin was clean, cozy, and comfortable, with that classic Montana charm and all the modern amenities you could need. If you're looking for a relaxing and authentic Western getaway, 320 Guest Ranch is the place. I can’t recommend it enough and definitely plan to return! We’re incredibly thankful for everything the staff did and for how warmly they welcomed us,from check-in to check-out.
