I stayed with my daughter at this hotel. Nice people, lovely looking room. It was after 5pm on a Sunday and I noticed that every 5 minutes the toilet ran. I called downstairs. The maintenance guy was gone. They sent a housekeeper. She said…it’s an old building. That’s the way it is. There was no other room available. I had to turn off the water to the commode so we could sleep. I told the staff in the morning what had happened. They were appalled and said well let the manager know. No contact from him/her. No compensation of any sort. I’d recommend checking the toilets before you unpack!

Should have stayed at the La Quinta!!!

Checked in to find out they charge for parking. As if the room rates already dont hit the pockets deep. Breakfast options looked amazing. Still had garbage in the can in our room. Also, microwave clock light shines right at the bed and keeps you up. Water was not very hot for showers. Overall condition and appearance of hotel was beautiful and clean. Staff checking in was great and friendly. Morning staff, not so much. They would rather congregate at the front desk and talk loudly about their personal lives and did not acknowledge half the people that came in and out during breakfast. Also parking lot was not maintained for a place that charges $25 a night whether or not you use the lot or the parking garage.
