The staff were the biggest stand out for us. I don’t think we’ve ever had friendlier or more helpful staff anyplace we’ve stayed. It was beautifully decorated with Christmas decor. It was a great time! The skiing and other amenities were top notch. We will definitely be back!

The room was gorgeous and clean. Loved the fireplace. Staff sunday evening in gift shop seemed annoyed that we came in and then abruptly told us, while we were shopping that she was closing. Could have been a little nicer.

It was alright. Our creamers in the room were curdled. Breakfast service was awful and the price is lack luster compared to what’s offered. However, the area itself is beautiful, and we loved the convenience of being able to get a sky lift to the sky bridge. We had a great time still, but also feel some aspects are over priced.

Great stay! Close to other areas such as Petoskey and Macinaw Island. But staying on site offered lots to do as well. Chair lift, cycling, music and great food. Staff was helpful and friendly. Enjoyed our trip immensely and would come back again.
